Welcome to Westridge Calabasas
The Westridge community is located in the coastal city of Calabasas, California. The Westridge neighborhood dates back to 1987 when the first homes were built here. For a period of four years a variety of three to seven bedroom homes were built here that range in size from 3,302 to 9,166 square feet of living space. This is a very secure community with a 24 hour guard gated that only allows access for residents who live here. The location is really ideal and just minutes to The Commons with great restaurants and shopping. Children who live here attend schools in the award winning Las Virgenes School District.
